January 2005 In January of 2004, Acroprint dealers were invited to participate in the Green Machine Challenge. The dealer or reseller with the most sales of Acroprint time and attendance systems by the end of December 2004 would be eligible to win a brand new Ford F-150, in the company's signature color green, of course. RALEIGH, NC � January 31, 2005 � Employees of Acroprint Time Recorder gathered outside this morning to cheer for the winners of the Acroprint Green Machine Challenge. After all, 2004 had been a banner year for the company. In January of 2004, company president Glenn Robbins wanted to motivate Acroprint dealers to sell more than ever before. Acroprint dealers were invited to participate in the Green Machine Challenge and to get in the fast lane. The dealer or reseller with the most sales of Acroprint time and attendance systems by the end of December 2004 would be eligible to win big. Big enough to drive home with a brand new Ford F-150, in the company's signature color green, of course. Dealers across the country participated in the Green Machine Challenge. Each month, dealers could see how close they were to winning by checking the Leader Board on our dealer website. The competition was very tight at times but Harvey and Adam Kipnes of Compumatic moved out in front of the pack to finish first. The father and son team was applauded for their accomplishments of selling the most Acroprint systems products and were named the top Acroprint dealer for 2004. Shortly after the winners arrived at Acroprint, President Glenn Robbins drove up in a shiny new green Ford F-150 while employees applauded. Compumatic Time Recorders, Inc. of Long Island, New York were presented with the ceremonial keys and a framed plaque to mark the occasion.
